We recently sat down with three of our practice leaders to learn more about them and the reasons they had for joining Dynamic Growth Dental Support. While each described a unique personal and professional journey, they also echoed a common refrain about their desire to balance work and life while providing the highest level of clinical care.
Their stories reveal what we hear again and again from members of our team: that Dynamic Growth allows them to provide the best and most innovative care to patients without having to worry about the daily management and operations of the dental practice. Listen as they share their stories, below!
Leading a Practice Transition to Dynamic Growth
Dr. Theodore Dando decided to transition to Dynamic Growth in March 2021 after serving the residents of Hamburg, PA and its surrounding communities for 29 years. Two related motivators were the desire to focus more of his time on clinical care while also joining an organization that better positioned his practice for continued growth. Through conversations with Dr. Jeff Grove, President of Dynamic Growth, Dr. Dando grew to recognize the advantages of a practice transition.
As revealed in our interview, Dr. Dando is extremely passionate about giving his patients comprehensive, high-quality dental care. Keeping his patients well-informed about the dental care and treatment they need is part of his uncompromising commitment to dentistry. It’s a commitment that we share, and one that is reflected in the values that are behind everything we do at our Dynamic Growth practices.
Dr. Nicole M. Quezada Discusses Shared Core Values
Another practice leader, Dr. Nicole M. Quezada, also decided to transition her practice to Dynamic Growth. She decided to make the move partly to leverage Dynamic Growth’s investments in technology and training. But the transition was about more than that: it was about joining a supportive network and leadership team that shares her values about dentistry.
The services and care that Dr. Quezada has brought to her patients in the Wellsboro community through her 30 years of experience in dentistry are second-to-none. Dynamic Growth is committed to providing the same level of care, of retaining the family dentistry atmosphere that Dr. Quezada has created, and to growing the practice in the years to come.
Recent Dental School Grad Relocates To Lead State College Practice
We know that weighing various career paths can seem daunting, especially for recent dental school graduates. Many young professionals with whom we speak wonder what we look for when adding dental professionals to our team, or what they can expect from working at a Dynamic Growth practice. Dr. Brian Kwon recently sat down with us to explain how he navigated the process, and why he chose to lead our Advanced Dentistry practice in State College, PA.
As you can see, Dr. Kwon was thrilled to relocate to State College after spending six years in the Philadelphia area, including his time at the University of Pennsylvania College of Dental Medicine. As with all Dynamic Growth practice leaders, Dr. Kwon is passionate about continuing education for himself and staff so that the team at Advanced Dentistry can provide the latest technological advances to patients.
