Ryan Jones, MBA
Co-Founder and CEO
Ryan Jones is the co-founder and CEO of Dynamic Growth Dental Support and managing partner of Alta Sierra Capital. Ryan is responsible for both the success of Dynamic Growth as a business and the employees who work there. Before co-founding Dynamic Growth, Ryan held several leadership positions in manufacturing and engineering environments.
Ryan has a passion for leadership, believing firmly that business, at its core, is about relationships. As an experienced operations executive, he has led improvement efforts in settings ranging from Fortune 500 companies to public utilities and privately held SMBs. While co-founding Dynamic Growth, his mission was to “build a company in which our people radiate with pride for generations” and that mission is tenaciously pursued.
Ryan is a California native who has relocated his family to Pennsylvania to build Dynamic Growth. Ryan has an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering form Kettering University.
Diane Malafarina, RDH, MHA
Director of Clinical Support Operations
Diane Malafarina, RDH, MHA, is the Director of Clinical Support Operation. Highly experienced as a dental assistant/hygienist/team lead, she currently supports all dental assistants and technicians within Dynamic Growth Dental.
Diane was responsible for creating all hygiene protocols and processes, and has been instrumental in growing Grove Dental’s hygiene department to twice its size in 1 year. She also is currently acting as clinical project manager for all DeNovo’s and additional construction, along with leading the new software system (Denticon) into effect for the company.
Diane is a 2006 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology-A.S. Applied Science Dental Hygiene, 2010 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology-B.S. Policy and Administration, and holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science, graduating in 2015.
Dr. Heather Mitterer, PHD, SPHR
Chief Operations Officer
Heather Mitterer, PHD, SPHR has years of leadership experience, with expertise in operations, project management, people development, change management, and business strategy.
Heather earned a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and has achieved Masters and Undergrad degrees in Psychology, Organizational Leadership, and Business Administration at both Penn State University and Walden University. Heather holds several certifications in leadership, project management, human resources, and emergency management.
Heather started her career in the emergency management and medical field more than 25 years ago and has since worked in a variety of leadership positions in the healthcare, manufacturing, service, logistics, and financial industries. Her focus is on improving work environments, developing leaders, and building collaborative organizations. Outside of work, Heather volunteers as an alumni ambassador and board of director for Penn State University’s World Campus. Additionally, her adventurous personality has taken her to many areas of the U.S. and overseas to Africa and China. She has performed medical mission work in several African countries on multiple trips to the continent.
