Chief Financial Officer
Brian Godfrey joins Dynamic Growth Dental Support as the Chief Financial Officer. As Chief Financial Officer, Brian will be responsible for the financial strategy of the company along with Accounting, Treasury and Billing and Insurance.
Brian is a corporate finance professional with 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury and FP&A. Prior to joining Dynamic Growth, he was the Assistant Treasurer at NWN, responsible for liquidity management of the company and leading capital market activities, specifically a new ABL and Term Loan Facility. Brian also at Gordon Brothers Group as Senior Manager, FP&A and Treasury, where the role focused on forecasting and budgeting along with global risk management. He also worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as Treasury Manager responsible for
cash management, investments and foreign exchange risk management while supporting numerous
capital markets transactions including Houghton’s IPO in 2013 and Pre-Packaged Chapter 11 Reorganization in 2012. Brian graduated from Bentley University with a bachelor of science degree in Economics-Finance with a minor in Information Technology.
Diane Malafarina, RDH, MHA
Director of Clinical Support Operations
Diane Malafarina RDH, MHA, is the Director of Clinical Support Operation. Highly experienced as a dental assistant/hygienist/team lead, she currently supports all dental assistants and technicians within Dynamic Growth Dental.
Diane was responsible for creating all hygiene protocols and processes, and has been instrumental in growing Grove Dental’s hygiene department to twice its size in 1 year. She also is currently acting as clinical project manager for all DeNovo’s and additional construction, along with leading the new software system (Denticon) into effect for the company.
Diane is a 2006 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology-A.S. Applied Science Dental Hygiene, 2010 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology-B.S. Policy and Administration, and holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science, graduating in 2015.
Allison Langdon, MBA
Director of Marketing
Allison Langdon is Director of Marketing for Dynamic Growth Dental Support, with responsibility for patient growth, branding, and marketing strategy. Prior to joining Dynamic Growth, she worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant for Accenture in the pharma and computer software industries.
Allison delivers a strong growth perspective, with experience launching global teams and service models, as well as project management and process improvement.
Allison holds a bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University and an MBA from Temple University. She lives in Sinking Spring, PA with her husband, Chris, and her two daughters. In her free time, you can find her enjoying the beach with her family.
Dr. Heather Mitterer, PHD, SPHR
Director of People Development
Heather Mitterer has years of leadership experience, with expertise in people development, engagement, change management, and human resource strategy.
Heather recently earned a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with an HR focus, and has achieved Masters and Undergrad degrees in Psychology, Organizational Leadership, and Business Administration at both Penn State University and Walden University. Heather holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She also holds a Pennsylvania Department of Health certification as an Emergency Medical Technician.
Heather started her career in the emergency management and medical field more than 25 years ago and has since worked in a variety of leadership positions in the healthcare, manufacturing, service, logistics, and financial industries. Her focus is on improving work environments, developing leaders, and building organizations that are employee-focused. Outside of work, Heather volunteers as an alumni ambassador and board of director for Penn State University’s World Campus. She also volunteers in emergency management and disaster recovery efforts within the state and community. Additionally, her adventurous personality has taken her to many areas of the U.S. and overseas to Africa and China. She has performed medical mission work in several African countries on multiple trips to the continent.
Emily has years of experience in Marketing, photography, graphic design and the traditional arts.
